When will it all be over?

I have traveled to Europe three times...and the jet lag never makes me this bad. It must be something about getting into double digit time differences or else that stupid date line! I am very ridiculously jet lagged. So this morning I woke up at 4:30 and was wide awake...so I went to work early. I crashed about 9am..which was about midnight in Bangkok. I suffered the rest of the day and left at 3pm. Dave was working from home so we both decided to take a nap...the nap lasted 3 hours! In fact I made us get up, because there would be no way we would sleep tonight. I'm still exhausted and want to go to bed....seriously I just want to be back to normal again.
